Britain’s biggest nightclub operator is warming up investors for a potential float.
Deltic, which has more than 50 venues under brands including Pryzm and Atik, put plans for a stock offering on ice last year because of challenging trading conditions. Also, it wanted to refurbish some of its venues.
The company appears to have reignited listing plans — a capital markets day for potential investors is planned later this month.
