Next takes former Debenhams leases at three intu centres
Next has taken on the leases of several former Debenhams stores at intu shopping centres.
The retailer is continuing the roll out of its beauty stores, which it is taking from an online business to physical shops, including several former Debenhams premises.
It has now struck deals to take on the leases of former Debenhams properties at intu Watford, intu Milton Keynes and the Metrocentre in Gateshead.

Intu said the UK’s health and beauty market is set to grow by 8.8%, or £2bn, between now and 2024, and described the deals with Next as underlining how important flagship destinations are to the future of retail.
