NewRiver has completed the sale of its Cowley shopping centre for £38.8m.
The Templars Square shopping centre was bought by Redevco, which exchanged contracts for the Oxfordshire site in December.
NewRiver bought the 236,000 sq ft mall in 2012 for £24.6m, but sold it as a regeneration opportunity, with consented plans to build 226 homes.
