NewFlex picked to run flexible office space at 22 Bishopsgate
Flexible office company Newflex has been appointed to run a 14,000 sq ft flex space at the City of London’s tallest building.
The space at 22 Bishopsgate, EC2, called the Exchange, is located on the seventh floor of the 62-storey tower near Liverpool Street and will be targeted at start-ups and small businesses.
The Exchange will also include a members’ lounge, meeting rooms, event space, media suites for content creation and a 60-seat auditorium for hosting workshops and talks. It will work on a membership basis, with different tiers available dependent on member access preferences.

As part of an agreement between 22 Bishopsgate and the City of London, 50 memberships within the Exchange will be reserved as incubator space for small businesses with high growth potential.
Qualifying businesses will receive a 50% booking discount against market rates. Qualifying companies must have been trading for less than five years, employ fewer than 10 staff and exhibit high growth potential. Operator NewFlex has more than 50 locations across the UK.
