New tenant signs at Leeds’ Whitehall Point

Ferraris Piston Service (FPS) has signed for 31,500sq ft of space at Pullans’ Whitehall Point in Leeds. FPS, part of the Alliance Automotive group, has signed for the 31,500 sq ft warehouse, unit three, at the development located 2.5 miles from Leeds city centre. The unit has been let on a 10-year lease, and is part of the Alliance Automotive group’s move to expand their Leeds business. Bruce Strachan, property director at Pullans, said: “We are delighted to welcome FPS to Whitehall Point and to have another established national company join our existing tenant, MKM Building Supplies, is a real endorsement for the scheme – they have been a pleasure to deal with through the process.” CBRE advised Pullans on the deal.
