New occupier signs for Manchester’s Exchange Quay
Exchange Quay has signed a new occupier at its ICE building in Manchester.
EMQN, a provider of assurance tools and service for laboratories, has signed a 10-year lease for 5,212 sq ft on the third floor.
The company will relocated its 26-strong workforce from Manchester’s Science Park.

The company will relocated its 26-strong workforce from Manchester’s Science Park.
Exchange Quay provides 435,000 sq ft of grade-A office space, managed by Till Asset Management on behalf of Ekistics Property Advisors. The recently refurbished ICE building provides collaborative work areas including dedicated social, meeting and bar space, as well as hireable meeting rooms and co-working zones alongside wellbeing spaces.
