Design and engineering services provider Stantec has signed for APAM’s 2 Whitehall Quay in Leeds.
The firm will be moving its 140 workforce to the recently refurbished 8,000 sq ft office space, located next to the Leeds Railway Station, from its existing base at the Boulevard on Leeds Dock.
Stantec’s new home will span the fourth floor of the building, featuring areas for collaboration to meet the needs of a teamworking environment.
Harriet Chapman, regional growth lead for the North at Stantec, said: “Following Stantec’s acquisition of Barton Willmore last year, our teams are quickly coming together throughout the UK, and this office grants us one central space to accommodate new team-members.”
