New guard appointed at CBRE Global Investors

Jeremy Plummer, global chief investment officer at CBRE Global Investors, is retiring after an almost 40-year career.

Plummer leaves the business at the end of the year and will be replaced by Kim Hourihan. Hourihan has worked for CBRE GI for 14 years and has some 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry.

During her time with CBRE GI, she has served as CIO – Americas direct real estate strategies and helped build and lead one of the firm’s flagship funds.
