Nando’s to join Birmingham’s One Stop Shopping Centre
Europa Capital and Sovereign Centros have agreed to let new space at Birmingham’s One Stop Shopping Centre to Nando’s.
They have agreed a lease on a 3,649 sq ft unit at an annual rent of £82,500, equating to £22.60 per sq ft. The lease has a break option at the 15th year.
One Stop Shopping Centre is located in Perry Barr, to the north of the city centre. It is currently undergoing preparatory fit-out works and is due to open this October.

Alex Druttman, director at Europa Capital, said: “One Stop continues to perform well and is seen as a destination retail centre in north Birmingham. Casual dining offerings help increase dwell time and improve overall customer experience.”
Simon Phipps, senior development manager at Sovereign Centros, said: “This popular and successful restaurant brand will significantly enhance the dining offer within the centre, which already includes Burger King, KFC, Greggs and Subway.”
