Music retailer joins Liverpool’s Hanover Street line-up

Custodian Property Income REIT has added music retailer Rough Trade to its 34,686 sq ft building at 60 Hanover Street in the heart of Liverpool. Rough Trade has signed for 6,500 sq ft on a 15-year lease. It will be the retailer’s largest store in the UK and its sixth in the country. It is due to open later in Q1 and will feature a dedicated space for concerts as well as a bar and café.
