Muse appoints managing director for the Midlands

Developer Muse has promoted development director Maggie Grogan to managing director for the Midlands as the firm continues to expand in the region. Grogan (pictured) joined Muse in 2020 as senior development manager working on a range of projects, including in Chester and Salford. Following the English Cities Fund’s appointment to the £2.5bn Crescent Salford masterplan, she stepped up to become development director in January 2022. This more recent promotion comes shortly after Muse joined forces with Legal & General and Homes England to look at potential opportunities in the city of Wolverhampton.
