London developer Mount Anvil and housing association Catalyst have been given the green light to build 990 homes at the Friary Park Estate in Acton, W3.
Ealing Council has approved plans for the flats in towers of up to 24 storeys with 10,000 sq ft of commercial space and 5,000 sq ft of community space.
The hybrid planning application includes detailed plans for 500 flats and outline plans for a further 490 flats on the six-acre site.
