Montreaux submits plan for more than 2,000 homes

Montreaux Developments has submitted plans for a 2,083-home scheme on a former industrial site in Southall East, Ealing. Margarine Works – named after the Maypole Margarine factory that once operated on the site – will deliver affordable housing and a rental element alongside 111,000 sq ft of commercial, retail and leisure space. The design will see the retention of the Sunrise Radio building and the façade of the factory.
