Moda takes space at Harrogate’s largest office development
Built-to-rent developer Moda Living will become a new occupier at Harrogate’s largest office scheme, operated by CEG.
Moda has signed a five-year lease on 4,000 sq ft of workspace at Central House on Otley Road, which benefits from brand new reception, common areas, café and courtyard. Bookable meeting rooms, a cycle spa, showers, drying room and lockers are also provided.
Overall, Central House comprises 167,822 sq ft of workspace, with more than 85% of the building already let to 13 businesses.
