Moda and Apache confirm Brum ‘bomb site’ plans

Build-to-rent duo Moda Living and Apache Capital have confirmed plans to develop  their second scheme in Birmingham, at the long-stalled “bomb site”.

Last May, EG reported that the partners were in pre-application talks to deliver a large build-to-rent scheme of 700-800 apartments after acquiring the special purpose vehicle for the two-acre site on Great Charles Street.

They have announced plans for a £258m scheme of 720 flats, with public consultation to be held at the end of February.
