Millett has nearly 25 years’ experience in the acquisition, sale and asset management of prime real estate in the heart of central London’s residential property market.
After a stint as a partner in Knight Frank’s Knightsbridge office and 12 years with JLL, in 2017 Millett founded an eponymous boutique residential agency and surveying business.
Louis Harding, head of London agency at Strutt & Parker, said: “Alexander is a significant hire whose vast experience sets him up as a key conduit for the super-prime residential market and global wealth network of BNP Paribas Bank.
“Having worked in Knightsbridge for over two decades, his knowledge and handling of super-prime assets and portfolio management for some of the biggest investors of residential real estate will not only bolster the service Strutt & Parker offers to our clients on an international scale, but will also begin to leverage some of the genuine USPs that being owned by one of the world’s largest banks creates for our clients across all business lines.”
Millett said: “This department has been meticulously planned and well thought out, and will give clients a truly unique offering within the real estate industry. I am eager to utilise the established relationships of the firm across the globe while streamlining the link between the experts within the finance and real estate sectors.”
