Miller Homes buys strategic land business
Miller Homes has acquired strategic land company Wallace Land Investments, in a bid to expand its landbank to deliver 5,000 homes per annum.
The acquisition provides 41 sites and 17,500 homes to Miller’s portfolio. The group now has 119 sites and circa 38,000 plots.
Wallace was founded in 2009 in Edinburgh and has a substantial land holding in the North West, West Midlands and the South.

As part of the acquisition, Wallace’s team will join Miller Homes and support the strategic land division.
