Meech joins Dominvs to help expansion plans
Dominvs Group has appointed Martin Meech, former CEO of Travis Perkins Properties, as a senior adviser to its board.
Dominvs said the appointment signals its ambition for further growth by expanding into new asset classes, and follows planning consents for a 713-bed student accommodation scheme in Hammersmith and another for 644 beds in Holborn.
Meech said: “This is an incredibly exciting time to join Dominvs Group. I was immediately struck by Dominvs’ blend of entrepreneurial energy, its openness to new ideas and opportunities, and its commitment to excellent execution. I look forward to working with the team.”

Meech brings more than four decades of property experience to the London-based developer, spanning M&A, strategic development, finance structuring, and operational property activities.
Between 2005 and 2021, he was group property director at Travis Perkins and CEO of Travis Perkins Properties. He was responsible for leading the business’s expansion into mixed-use development schemes, blending residential and industrial use.
Under his direction, Travis Perkins Properties’ freehold portfolio grew to more than £1bn, while generating surplus cash and enhanced returns.
Prior to that, Meech was property director at Halfords, Gateway Supermarkets and Dixons Group. He was also formerly chair of the BRC property advisory group, a member of the Bank of England’s property forum, and a non-executive director at Quintain Estates.
Meech is currently the senior NED at Warehouse REIT and a fellow of the RICS.
Dominvs director Preetpal Ahluwalia said: “Martin brings a huge amount of experience, expertise and energy to Dominvs, and his incredible track-record at Travis Perkins and his reputation in the industry speaks for itself. I know he is going to be an invaluable source of independent advice and strategic guidance for the business as we continue to ambitiously grow and expand.”
