McLaren Property and the Sisters of the Cross and Passion are set to receive approval for a 319-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme, St Gabriel’s Lodge, in Oxford Place, Manchester.
The proposal includes the demolition of an existing building on the site, St David’s Hall, and the partial demolition of St Gabriel’s Lodge.
McLaren plans to develop two new four- and five-storey residential blocks and renovate Woodthorpe Hall.
