McLaren has been appointed to build Audley Group’s £51m retirement village development in Clapham, SW4.
Audley formed a joint venture with Apache Capital last year to deliver the retirement village, called Nightingale Place, which is expected to complete in 2020. It will be one of the first retirement villages in central London.
McLaren will manage construction across the 148,000 sq ft site, creating 60 jobs.
