McLaren Property has got planning consent from Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council for a 170-bed purpose-built student accommodation development within close proximity to Bournemouth University.
The WGP Architects-designed scheme on Hinton Road will range across eight-storeys.
The site will also include a ground floor gym, student lounge with open courtyard, a roof top lounge and a south facing terrace.
