McLaren Property will move to a larger office at Northspring’s 36 Park Row building in Leeds city centre, amid continued expansion of its regional team there.
The developer set up an office at Clockwise Leeds on the city’s Greek Street early this year, led by regional managing director Tom Gilman, to boost its presence in the north of England.
The firm has now strengthened its Leeds team with the appointment of Paul Middleton (pictured) as project director. He joins from Aecom, where he was regional lead for the North of England project management team.
