McCalmont leaves CBRE

Arthur McCalmont has left CBRE’s UK residential capital markets team after more than six years at the company. It is understood that McCalmont is planning to launch a specialist private rented sector business. He has previously worked with build-to-rent clients at CBRE as a senior director under UK development managing director Peter Burns. McCalmont has more than 12 years’ experience in the evolving PRS. He previously worked at Grainger for more than six years, where he dealt in sales and valuations and later acquisitions and asset management.
