Markets help Time Out rebound from lockdowns

Time Out has hailed a “turning point” in its fortunes as it recovers from the worldwide lockdowns.

The AIM-listed publisher and events organiser’s revenue increased by 62% to £72.9m in the year to 30 June, with gross profit up 48%, compared with the previous 18-month reporting period.

Net revenue at its hospitality division, which runs seven food markets in cities including Lisbon, New York, Miami and Montreal, rose from £12.2m to £28.9m as shoppers returned to town centres.
