MAPP appoints new chief executive
Louise Bonham has been appointed chief executive of MAPP, as founder Nigel Mapp takes the chair.
Bonham will take on the running of the commercial property management consultancy from September 2023.
Mapp, who founded the business 25 years ago, will become chair at the same time, while David Clein will become MAPP’s executive chair.

Bonham was previously co-head of EMEA asset services for Cushman & Wakefield, and before that COO of EMEA advisory and transaction services at CBRE.
She has previously worked in the real estate teams of Brunswick Group, Deutsche Bank and Deloitte.
Bonham is currently a non-executive director of Miton UK MicroCap Trust.
MAPP now manages more than 1,000 buildings valued at £25bn, and has doubled in size since the start of the pandemic. It is currently the only real estate consultancy business to be a Certified B Corp.
