Major hotel plan for Belfast
Signature Living director Lawrence Kenwright has announced plans to expand in Belfast with the development of at least two hotels including a George Best themed hotel.
The announcement came on Tuesday at the Waterfront Conference and Exhibition Centre as Belfast revealed it will take its largest ever trade delegation to MIPIM this year.

Kenwright said: “Belfast has welcomed me with open arms. For me, to see a city coming to terms with its past, repositioning itself for the future can only been applauded.”
Signature Living has three hotels comprising 1599 bedrooms in Liverpool, including the 65-bedroom 30 James Street where the RMS Titanic was registered.
It is also restoring the grade II listed 180,000 sq ft Exchange Hotel in Cardiff.
