M7 Real Estate has sold a light industrial portfolio in the Netherlands to Canada’s Dream Industrial REIT for €140m (£125m).
The sale, completed on behalf of M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners IV, will see M7 Real Estate remain as adviser for the portfolio.
The portfolio comprises 31 industrial and logistics properties close to cities including Amsterdam and Rotterdam. The properties were bought by M7 between late 2016 and the summer of 2018, span 2m sq ft and are let to more than 70 tenants.
