LXi REIT has increased the target size of its £75m placing to £100m.
The firm said it made the decision after reviewing the level of support from potential investors as well as its pipeline of investment opportunities.
The raising, at 133p per share, will fund a £125m pipeline including two sale and leaseback portfolios focusing on the education sector, and long-lease supermarket schemes prelet to Lidl, Co-op and Sainsbury’s.
