Retail and leisure agency Lunson Mitchenall has bolstered its lease advisory with a promotion, as well as the hire of an EG Rising Star.
Nick Klein has been named head of the lease advisory team after seven years at the company, during which he bought in new business from clients including M&G, Sovereign Centros and NewRiver.
Mark Capanda has joined from BNP Paribas Real Estate as an associate director. One of EG’s 2022 cohort of Rising Stars, Capanda has more than 12 years of experience advising landlords and tenants including Cathay Life Insurance, City of London, Post Office, Transport for London and Revolution.
