Watt pointed to a “myriad of opportunities” across the retail and leisure investment market, adding that the sector is “dynamic and fast-changing”.
The news comes after longstanding equity directors Neil Hockin and John Griffin were appointed as joint managing directors in November last year.
The agent has also taken on four graduates in the past year as well as an associate director.
