The London School of Economics is looking for joint venture partners to deliver what will become its ‘premier’ halls of residence, close to Tate Modern.
A public tender document says the £400m-plus Bankside project in SE1 will need to be delivered by mid-2030.
The scheme will involve the redevelopment of the existing Bankside House on Sumner Street, SE1, to create a higher quality and larger facility to meet growing demand.
