L’Oreal opened its purpose-built office space in Stanhope, Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCo’s White City Place, W12, in September. It relocated more than 1,000 staff to the site, which is the new base for its 36 international brands, from its old headquarters in Hammersmith Broadway, seven years after it instructed Cushman & Wakefield to help it find new office space.
Kontor acted for TOG.
