Long Harbour secures £300m investment
Long Harbour has secured a £300m seed investment for its single-family housing fund from South Korea’s National Pension Service.
With the investment, the developer will provide more than 5,000 homes across the UK.

Jack Spearman, head of the Long Harbour single-family housing platform, had told EG in a podcast that the developer planned to acquire and build more than 1,000 homes a year for its portfolio, which will be operated by its property management brand Way of Life.
Long Harbour is targeting existing housing stock with an EPC B or higher. It is looking at schemes with 20-200 homes, located in high employment areas, near transport and education facilities, primarily focusing on the South East, as well as the big six regional cities.
