BidX1’s next UK digital auction will include 20 London lots, including a residential investment in West Norwood, SE27, guided at £1.65m.

The property is made up of two shops trading as a beauty salon, with four self-contained flats above. The investment produces £47,000 pa with a two-bedroom flat vacant.
A freehold former vicarage in Earlsfield, SW18, with potential for residential development will be offered at a guide of £1.3m.
A pair of freehold shops with upper parts on a local parade in Croydon is offered with a guide of £480,000-plus. The first shop is let, producing £12,000 pa, and the second is vacant. An application has been submitted to convert the uppers into two flats.
