London flex office occupancy stages post-Covid bounceback

Occupancy across flexible offices in central London has recovered from the hit of the Covid-19 pandemic. Some 25 of 30 flexible office operators surveyed by Knight Frank said physical occupancy levels across their sites were higher than 60%, which was the pre-pandemic average.
