The Local Shopping REIT has continued to sell properties and pay-down debt in the six months to the end of March.
The company sold 46 properties for £17.3m during the period, and reduced bank debt from £30.9m a year earlier to £9.9m. Its portfolio value stood at £24.8m at the period end.
It made an IFRS loss of £2.9m in the period when adjusted operating profit came in at £0.14m.
