A prominent City of London lobby group has pulled out of a pledge to support the development of Moscow as an international financial centre.
TheCityUK said it had ended an agreement with Moscow International Finance Centre and Forum Analytical Centre, a Russian government initiative to transform Moscow into a global financial centre.
TheCityUK, with the support of the UK government, had been working to help Russia to further Moscow’s ambition for more than a decade.
