P-Three is the sole agent for the Podium and ArcelorMittal Orbit. It is also instructed to find operators for 15,800 sq ft GIA of restaurant space at the East Bank development, along with CF Commercial.
East Bank, which is set to open later this year, is home to the BBC, Sadler’s Wells, UAL’s London College of Fashion, University College London and the V&A. It contains six new prime restaurant spaces overlooking the river.
Thomas Rose, co-founder of P-Three, said: “Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is fast becoming one of the most exciting destinations in London, and East Bank is the most significant new addition to London’s cultural landscape for decades.
“The East Bank restaurant units are in a prime location and are ideal for established operators seeking somewhere special to expand, or new concepts inspired by the unique setting and purpose of East Bank.”
Edward Fane, head of venues at the LLDC, said: “The park is an incredible place with millions of visitors drawn here each year by our world-class venues, cultural offer and events as well as two established business districts.
“We are looking for partners who share our ambition and aspirations for the Park and we know that P-Three’s knowledge, experience and market insights will help us to attract the very best mix of catering, retail and leisure operators.”
P-Three previously devised a “retail vision” strategy for Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which looked at the optimal commercial mix for the location.
