Abrdn has seen tenants moving around at its 4 St Paul’s Square in Liverpool, with CBRE doubling its workspace and Alternative Futures Group relocating from Prescot.
CBRE’s Liverpool team has relocated from the sixth floor to the fifth, taking almost 5,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease, reflecting employee numbers growing from 17 to 38 in the past five years. The deal was signed at a rent of £24 per sq ft.
The new office was designed by Darius Baniabassian, director of architecture at CBRE, and delivered by the company’s Liverpool project management team, led by Neil Rogers.
Neil Kirkham, head of office agency at CBRE in Liverpool, said: “The workplace has changed significantly, and our relocation has given the team an opportunity to deliver the highest-quality fit-out, while also promoting enhanced collaboration and wellbeing for our current and ever-expanding Liverpool team.”
Disability support services provider Alternative Futures Group will move into CBRE’s former workspace, measuring 2,579 sq ft. According to EG Radius, the company will pay a rent of £26 per sq ft on a 10-year term.
CBRE advised Abrdn; Worthington Owen acted on behalf of Alternative Futures Group.
