Liverpool One made up over Sephora letting

Grosvenor has signed a lease with beauty retailer Sephora, which will open its eighth UK store at Liverpool One next spring. The firm has taken 6,727 sq ft on the shopping centre’s South John Street on a 10-year lease. Sephora already has stores in Westfield London, Westfield Stratford City, Manchester’s Trafford Centre, Newcastle’s Eldon Square and Gateshead Metrocentre. It will open locations at Birmingham Bullring and Bluewater in Kent before the end of the year. Sarah Boyd, managing director of Sephora UK, said: “By the end of this year, we will have opened seven stores in five regions, and I’m thrilled to share that our regional expansion will continue in 2025, with the first new store opening of the year at Liverpool One.” Rob Deacon, asset management director at Liverpool ONE, said: “2025 is shaping up to be the biggest year for store openings since 2008, so we’re hugely excited to welcome visitors to experience it for themselves when this city-first launches early next year.” Image from Sephora
