Linden Homes acquires £180m Yorkshire resi dev

Housebuilder Linden Homes has made its largest acquisition from its East Yorkshire division and secured a £180m development in Beverley. The 90-acre site has been identified as a key growth area within the East Riding Local Plan. It will deliver 900 homes, comprising one-, two- and three-bedroom flats. Development will also incorporate a £5m park-and-ride scheme for the town. Work will start on site this month, with the first homes expected to complete in early 2020.
