L&G approved for Tunbridge Wells later living

Legal & General’s later living business has received planning consent to develop 146 homes in Tunbridge Wells. Inspired Villages’ £100m development also includes a restaurant, cafe, library, gym, swimming pool and cinema room available to the public. The scheme is located on a 9.5-acre site in the Wealden District in East Sussex. Inspired will now progress a reserved matters application later this year, with work on site to commence mid-2021.
