LendInvest launches new fund with a target raise of £300m

LendInvest is launching a £300m open-ended fund focused on short-term transactional loans. More than £200m of capital has already committed to the new vehicle by investors. LendInvest said the fund would continue the investment strategy of its previous flagship fund focused on short-term transactional loans providing the financing for LendInvest bridging and development loans and supporting property professionals around the UK. Investors in the new fund will benefit from improved headline terms and structure, designed to be attractive and competitive to investors in the current market.
