LendInvest bond issue raises £50m

UK lending and investment platform LendInvest has raised its £50m target for a bond after launching the issue in mid-July. The bonds will be listed on the London Stock Exchange and have a fixed rate of 5.25% due 2022. Fees and expenses related to the offer were £1m, meaning estimated net proceeds were £49m.
