HF signs for MediaCity’s Orange Tower

Law firm HF has taken a 10-year lease on a workspace at Orange Tower, one of Manchester MediaCity’s flagship buildings. The company plans to relocate 500 employees from Talbot Road to 16,040 sq ft of grade-A office space in the Salford development to support its business growth. Orange Tower is already home to Kellogg’s, Ericsson and ITV. HF chief executive and managing partner Ronan McCann said: “We have plans to further scale the business over the coming months and years. Our new office space gives us the ideal base to support our growth and our flexible, hybrid working model.” MediaCity senior asset manager Simon Lovegrove said: “We’re now seeing a growing number of professional service organisations wanting to join our inspiring community of creatives and innovators.” MediaCity is a joint venture between Peel L&P and Landsec.
