Osborne Clarke has stipulated that lawyers working for the firm must be at their office desks for at least three days a week if they want to qualify for a bonus.
It is the latest in a growing trend by businesses to shift working patterns back from mostly “at home” to back in the office.
Senior partners at Osborne Clarke must now be in the office “more often than not”.
