LaSalle Investment management has received planning approval from Southwark Council for a new 12-storey office building in Bankside.
The scheme at 135 Park Street, SE1, will create 187,022 sq ft of office space and a 6,943 sq ft separate self-contained affordable workspace.
The 0.4-acre site currently comprises a four storey warehouse with raised basement and a three-storey 1980s office building.
