Landsec secures Arne for debut UK bricks-and-mortar store

Landsec has signed online clothing and footwear brand Arne for its first UK bricks-and-mortar store at Liverpool One shopping centre. Following two pop-up stores and one interactive activation at the centre in the past three years, the fashion retailer has signed for a 6,750 sq ft store on a 10-year lease. The store is expected to open in July this year. Rob Deacon, asset management director at Liverpool One, Landsec, said: “As the biggest year of openings since Liverpool One launched in 2008, 2025 has many firsts in store for us. Arne’s pop-up-to-permanent trajectory paints a picture of Liverpool One’s ongoing commitment to adding best-in-class brands to its line-up and is an example of the demand for the best spaces in the UK’s top destinations from digital natives that are looking to expand.” Metis and CBRE acted for Liverpool One.
