Land Securities’ recent tender offer will see it pay £673m for an aggregate principal amount of notes across two tranches equal to £502m.
As well as announcing the final results of the offer, the firm confirmed it will issue a £500m 20-year bond with a 2.625%coupon and a £500m 40-year bond with a 2.75% coupon.
