Flexible office operator Landmark Space has given software company Essensys a fresh mandate for digital services covering nine London locations spanning 400,000 sq ft.
The properties were acquired by Landmark when it bought workspace brand the Space in 2019, and range in size from 20,000 sq ft to 60,000 sq ft, in locations including Shoreditch, Old Street, Aldgate and Liverpool Street in the City and Mayfair and Regent Street in the West End.
The deal furthers an existing relationship between Landmark and Essensys that began in 2009.
Luke Andrews, head of technology at Landmark Space, said: “We’ve invested in upgrading the Space buildings in our portfolio to align with our clients’ standards and expectations.
“Integrating technology that makes our clients’ working lives easier is the foundation of great client experience, and we’re excited about the transformational impact essensys’ software will have across our spaces.”
